Logistics manager – Nordic Region
EuropeanGrow is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to manage our logistics infrastructure across the Nordic region, connecting with our partners in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, France, Czechia, Slovakia, and other European countries.
What We Need
- A logistics leader with expertise in organizing international logistics infrastructure across multiple countries.
- Strong experience in managing import/export policies, ensuring all documentation and regulations are followed efficiently.
- Proficiency in organizing and managing warehouses in different countries and coordinating transportation between these warehouses.
- Ability to implement efficient systems to ensure the smooth flow of goods across borders.
Who We Need
- SAFETY FIRST – must have knowledge of the safety aspects in logistics.
- An experienced logistics expert with a minimum of 10 years of experience —50% of the time spent in real floor logistics environments ( we are not looking for a person with logistics diploma or education who do not know, what is the real world inside the warehouse, so You should have experience from a jobs such a picker, packer, loading, unloading, packing, team-leader, supervisor, errors within logistics).
- Working directly with logistics supervisors and a purchasing managers.
- A skilled communicator who can manage logistics teams and ensure timely execution of deliveries.
- A problem-solver who can resolve logistical challenges, from delays to issues with transportation routes and warehouse operations in different locations.
Required Experience
- 10+ years of logistics experience, with a mix of office management and on-the-ground logistics experience.
- Proven experience in organizing and managing logistics across international borders.
- Strong knowledge of import/export policies and the ability to handle complex documentation processes.
- Experience in warehouse operations and transportation logistics across multiple countries.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with logistics supervisors and partners to ensure efficient and timely deliveries.
Salary
Salary for manager position is 57k SEK per month with a generous bonus if the logistics works as it should or with a minimum errors and delays.
Plane tickets, your own company car (also for a personal use) and all transportation cost are fully covered by the company.
