Customer Representative – Nordic Region

We are looking for an experienced Customer Representative to manage our customer service team across the Nordic region, with a primary focus on Norway and Sweden.

  • A talented customer leader to manage a team, providing world-class support across the Nordic countries, with a primary focus on Norway and Sweden.
  • Understanding of the customer service landscape in Denmark and Finland is essential to succeed in this role.
  • Ability to driving customer satisfaction and team performance.
  • Excellent communication skills and a deep passion for solving customer challenges.

Who We Need

  • Experienced individuals with a solid background in customer service leadership.
  • Proficiency in English and one Norwegian language is essential, Czech or Slovak is a strong advantage.
  • Someone who understands the unique customer service challenges in Sweden and Norway, and can build strategies to address them.
  • A leader with the ability to inspire, motivate, and manage a high-performing team.

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in driving performance, and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Fluency in English and Norwegian or Swedish is mandatory, Czech or Slovak are highly desirable.
  • Understanding of the Nordic markets, particularly Sweden and Norway, in addition Denmark and Finland is plus, and experience working with regional customers.

Location & Hours

This is a full-time position with work office in Norway or in Sweden. The role offers the opportunity to lead your own team and influence customer service strategy across the Nordic region.

Salary

With a generous bonus based on monthly performance.
Plane tickets and all transportation cost are fully covered by the company.
