We are looking for a skilled and experienced Purchasing Manager to lead our activities across the Germany and Belgium territories. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for career development.

Job Description

The Purchasing Manager for Germany and Belgium is responsible for managing and overseeing all purchasing operations within the region. The role involves sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that all purchasing activities align with the company’s objectives. This role is essential in optimizing supply chain efficiency, reducing costs, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies in line with company goals.
• Build and manage relationships with suppliers across Germany and Belgium.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Cooperate with the Logistics Manager to ensure timely delivery of products to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee compliance with legal and internal German and Belgium regulations.
• Work closely with the Nordic headquarters, traveling to Sweden and Norway when required ( all expenses covered).

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing or procurement, with proven results in supplier management.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory; knowledge of Slovak or Czech is advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a broader international team.
• Familiarity with purchasing tools and systems.
• No formal education required, but relevant experience within purchasing is required.

SALARY

Salary for a purchasing position is 3.600eur per month with a generous bonus based on company monthly performance.
